Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive planographic printing plate excellent in ink receptivity and excellent also in the film strength of a photosensitive layer (printing area). SOLUTION: The objective photosensitive composition contains a fluororesin having a 3-20C fluoroaliphatic group having fluorine atoms substituted for at least two of three terminal hydrogen atoms and an ethylenically unsaturated group and a negative type photosensitive compound. The composition is disposed on a base to obtain the objective photosensitive planographic printing plate.
