Abstract: PURPOSE:The above mentioned apparatus, dissolving noneffective stages at partial load and enable a highly efficient operation, by providing the bypass passage mixing the fluid having a higher temperature than the fluid passing through the heat transmission tube of evaporation room of heat recovery part. CONSTITUTION:Higher temperature fluid than that of in the heat transmission tube 9 at the point 8 of evaporation room inlet in the evaporator of heat recovery part 11, is flowed in the tube 9 through the bypass piping 6 and the valve 7 and the temperature of the fluid in the tube 9 of stages of higher temperature side than the point 8, is elevated. Temperature difference between stages of these stages, is made small and flash fluid temperature of stages of lower temperature side than the point 8, is made high, by repressing the flash evaporation of these stages. By the above method, the flash evaporation at non-flash stages is carried out. Hereby, heat is given to the fluid in the tube 9 and temperature before mixing a high temperature fluid at the point 8, is made high. Thus, the quantity of bypass flowing is able to decrease or is made zero by the valve 7 and hereafter, stationary operation is able to carry out at the above condition. Also, the liquid levle is generally decreased and a highly efficient partial load operation is able to carry out.

Abstract: PURPOSE:The above mentioned apparatus, easy to regulate the liquid level in the evaporation room and being able to carry out a highly efficient partial load operation, by providing the orifice apparatus attached operative valve from outside on the by-pass passage connecting before and behind of orifice throttle mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Flash fluid is passed through the orifice 2, 4 from the entry side 1 of the orifice 2 and pressure is reduced and then, fluid in the heat transmitting tube 11 is heated by evaporated fluid. Then, the above fluid is condensed and is separated in the receiving dish 12 and then, only liquid phase is flowed in the next stage evaporation room from the exit side 5. For example, the valve 7 is shut when the temperature difference between stages is small, the liquid level of the side 1 is high and the liquid level of the exit side 5 is low and the liquid level of the side 1 is able to lower by operating the valve 9 in opening direction and increasing the evaporation at the orifice 2. Also, because heat transmitting area is able to afford at every stage on partial load operation, temperature of the flash fluid is made high at the low temperature stages and the partial load operation decreased noneffective stages, is abl to carry out by decreasing the pressure difference by the orifice 2, 4 of high temperature stages and also, decreasing the temperature difference between stages.
