SOLUTION: An electronic module can be manufactured by heating a circuit substrate 1 including an imaging lens 16 at temperature of melting a solder material 18 in a state where an imaging lens 16 and the circuit substrate 1 on which at least an electronic component and the solder material 18 are mounted are assembled.
