Abstract: Deterioration of transfer characteristics from a molding die to a resin is suppressed. A method for manufacturing a wafer lens is provided with: a first step of moving a glass substrate (3), which has a photo-curable resin (5A) dropped thereon, to a predetermined position with respect to a sub-master (20) by controlling the position of the glass substrate (3), and holding the glass substrate (3) at such predetermined position; a second step of irradiating the photo-curable resin (5A) with light; and a third step of holding the pressing force of the glass substrate (3) to the sub-master (20) at a predetermined pressure by pressure-controlling the glass substrate (3).
