Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration clearance by providing a spring arrangement having progressive spring characteristic on a damping means. SOLUTION: This structural unit 2 is connected to a housing 1 by a spring arrangement 3. Each spring arrangement 3 is provided with a cylindrical coil spring 4. The cylindrical coil spring 4 has a coil part having a nonlinear space, and consequently has progressive spring characteristic in the longitudinal axial direction. Since the progressive vibration damping to vibration amplitude is caused by the spring arrangement 3 and its progressive spring characteristic, the spring arrangement 3 has progressive spring characteristic entirely in all three directions in a space. Thus, the vibration amplitude of the lowest vibration frequency having an influence on the volume of a mounting position is reduced, whereby the vibration clearance S is reduced. Accordingly, the volume of the entire mounting position of the housing 1 is reduced.
