PURPOSE: An operation recognition processing method based on a multimedia camera is provided to secure accessibility of a user about a public service through a motion based content. CONSTITUTION: A user image is respectively obtained from a front camera and a right-angled camera(S10). The input image is binarized by efficient user object detection(S20). A user object image is extracted through labeling from the binarized image(S30). A center point is traced according to object movement about an effective user object image(S40). A coordinate about a realistic contents indication part is obtained from the binarized image(S50).

PURPOSE: A function controlling system for a vehicle using the motion recognition is provided to recognize the hand movement of a user using a 3D-camera for controlling the function of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A function controlling system for a vehicle using the motion recognition comprises the following: a 3D-camera photographing images including the hand movement of a user using the time of the outputted infrared pulse reflected from a product; a motion capturing unit(300) capturing the hand movement from images obtained by the 3D-camera; a captured-motion analyzing unit(310) analyzing the shape of the hand movement; a function searching unit(320) searching the hand movement having the same shape with the hand movement analyzed by the captured-motion analyzing unit; a database(330) saving the vehicle control function corresponding to the hand movement; and a function performing unit(340) performing the searched function.

PURPOSE: A space touch apparatus of an infrared ray screen forming the infrared ray screen by using the infrared LED is provided to process a command of the user based on the location of the touch by recognizing the location of the touch. CONSTITUTION: An infrared LED(Light Emitting Diode) array(110) is arranged in a row and generates the infrared screen on the space. When the pulse signal is inputted from a pulse generator, an LED driver supplies the DC power supply to the infrared light emitting diode array. When the pulse signal is inputted, an infrared camera(120) takes a photograph of the infrared ray screen. A space touch recognition module recognizes the location touching the infrared ray screen on an image.

PURPOSE: A three dimensional space touching device on multi infrared camera mode is provided to utilize Z-axis coordinate of an infrared ray screen as depth information, thereby fulfilling various user interfaces. CONSTITUTION: An infrared ray light emitting diode array(140) generates an IR screen in space above support bar(110) by eradiation of the infrared ray. Left and right IR cameras(120,130) are installed in each side of left and right of the infrared ray light emitting diode array on the support bar to enable a lens to face the infrared ray. X, Y and Z coordinate of the infrared ray screen which a user indicting unit touches is produced by an image photographed a space touch recognition module and a view angle information of resolution of the camera.

The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional image recording device or a display device using a microlens array, and more specifically, to a method for controlling the positioning of elemental images, which constitute a 3-dimensional image, displayed on a transmission-type screen. To that end, a display device for a 3-dimensional image according to the present invention comprises: a light source; a light modulating part for manipulating the amplitude and the angle of the light emitted from the light source; a scanning part for two-dimensionally scanning the light from the light modulating part and emitting same; a screen for displaying an integral image resulting from the light emitted from the scanning part; and a lens array for displaying in space the integral image displayed on the screen.

A power saving system and method for the home appliances and home network devices is provided. The system provides an energy consumption monitoring and standby power saving system that is connected to home appliances and that may detect the amount of power consumed by corresponding home appliances. The system includes one or more energy saving nodes which approve application or shut-off power to a corresponding home appliances, and an energy saving server that is connected to each of the energy saving nodes and collects status information of the corresponding home appliances including said amount of power consumption from said nodes.
