Abstract: PURPOSE: A charge and discharge control system for improving the life of the installed battery at the car is provided to minimize the load of car battery by enabling the charging and discharging of the car battery to be performed within a normal range. CONSTITUTION: An alternator(20) generates electricity using the torque of the vehicle engine(10). A battery(30) is charged by the generated electricity from the alternator. The battery is discharged through the driving of a vehicle electricity apparatus. An electrical measuring instrument(60) measures the electrical value over the alternator and the battery. First and second switches(81,82) restrict the provided electricity. A control module(70) comprises a log DB(71) and controls the first and second switches.
