Abstract: The present invention relates to a data modulation method and modulation system for 3D broadcasting, and more specifically relates to a method and system able to support a conventional 2D broadcasting service while providing a 3D broadcasting service. Abstract: La presente invención se refiere a un método de modulación de datos y un sistema de modulación para la radiodifusión 3D, y de manera más específica, se refiere a un método y sistema capaz de soportar el servicio de radiodifusión convencional 20 mientras se proporciona un servicio de radiodifusión 3D. El método de servicio de radiodifusión de tres dimensiones de acuerdo con la presente invención comprende las etapas de: generar un encabezado que comprende la información sobre si los datos 3D están presentes y los tipos de códec de imagen izquierda e imagen derecha, y un cuadro de datos que comprende una franja de imagen derecha y una franja de imagen izquierda; y transmitir el cuadro de datos generados de este modo.
