    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for a capacitor dielectric and a manufacturing method of the capacitor dielectric are provided to apply the composition for a process of producing a thin film on the large area, by depositing the composition to the large area. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a capacitor dielectric is obtained by mixing bismuth acetate or bismuth nitrate raw materials with an organic solvent and ethoxide. The organic solvent is methoxy ethanol. A manufacturing method of the capacitor dielectric comprises the following steps: preparing the composition for the dielectric; forming a thin film on a substrate using the composition; and forming an electrode on the thin film.

CONSTITUTION: A layer(110) is comprised of a transparent flexible printed circuit board or a transparent protection film. An antenna(120) is formed on a layer and is comprised of a carbon nano material. The antenna is formed between the layer and a display. The location of the antenna is formed in the edge portion of the display.
