    Abstract: A chip with micro-channels is provided to detect specific signals in order to remove pollutants generated in an existing channel structure and to maximize washing effects by the structure change of the channel. A chip with micro-channels comprises: at least one liquid flowing channel(10,11) in which a liquid sample flows; a substrate flowing channel(13) in which a substrate flows; and a washing solution channel(12) in which the washing solution flows. The substrate flowing channel is located parallel with a main duct(14). The washing solution channel is connected to the substrate flowing channel. More particularly, the washing solution channel is combined with the substrate flowing channel adjacent to an intersecting point at which the main duct and the substrate flowing channel meet.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A plasma gathering method and a plasma separating apparatus therefor are provided to improve plasma separation efficiency by inducing blood cohesion. CONSTITUTION: A plasma gathering method comprises an antibody producing step, an antibody complex formation step, a hemagglutination step, and a plasma separation step. In the antibody producing step, an antibody specific to the blood cell(310) of a patient is manufactured. In the antibody complex formation step, an antibody complex(320) is formed by mixing protein and antibody. In the hemagglutination step, blood cells are agglutinated by reacting the antibody complex with target blood. In the plasma separation step, plasma is separated by filtering the target blood.
