Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the separation of a model and to enable the distributed simulation on complicated problems by simulating rolling process using a real time distributed model. SOLUTION: The simulation model of one rolling process is divided into real-time objects(RTO) of rolling and control. The former is divided into the RTO of a pay-off reel, tensin reel and each work roll and also the latter is divided into the RTO of a rolling speed controller and each automatic thickness controller. At the time of simulation, first, a communication channel is formed between the simulation RTO method and the RTO, the initial values of the simulation are allocated, parameters of the rolling process or the like is read in and the result value of simulation by the model is made to approach the target value. A means (object data store method) for recoding this parameter of rolling process when the parameter approaches the target value by a data space method of the RTO is repeated according to the period of simulation.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assistant tool and a method for visual detailing which enables even a beginner of a format language to easily generate details and can verify simulation, etc., on a visual model. SOLUTION: This visual detailing assistant tool system is constituted including a virtual format description detail generator 100 which allows a user to generate and edit request details of software by taking a visualized object of a format detail type in from visual object libraries structured by application areas, function libraries 200 by application fields wherein visual format detail objects are structure and an application library 400, a virtual format description detail compiler 300 which reads in stored visual format description details and interprets the visual pattern to perform conversion to a format detail language, a format detail library 400 stored with the converted format detail language, and a format description detail language processor 500 which inputs a stored text-based format language code and verifies the format of the details.
