Abstract: PURPOSE: A substrate for cell adhesion or culture is provided to maintain long-term stability of a binding state on the surface of polylysine. CONSTITUTION: A substrate for cell adhesion or culture comprise a base having an amine group(-NH_2)-modified surface and a cell adhesion material layer formed on the upper portion of the substrate. The cell adhesion material is a polypeptide with amine groups(-NH_2). The -NH_2-modified surface an ITO substrate, glass substrate, or metal oxide substrate.
