Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for obtaining symbol synchronization which is robust to a frequency offset in a cell search of a wireless communication system. The symbol synchronization obtaining apparatus may include a sequence generator to generate a base sequence for obtaining the symbol synchronization, a synchronization pattern generator to generate a modified sequence based on the base sequence, and to generate a synchronization pattern by combining the modified sequence and the base sequence, a frequency mapping unit to perform mapping of transmission information to a time area and a frequency area, based on the synchronization pattern, for generating a transmission frame, and a transmitting unit to transmit the transmission frame.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for selecting receivers for data transmission in wireless network system is provided to select an object receiving data in consideration of the fairness and transmission efficiency of data transmission as data is transmitted by multicast or broadcast. CONSTITUTION: Candidate node sets including one or more node are generated from nodes located within a communication radius(S100). A channel signal to noise ratio for each node of candidate node sets is obtained. Each node is arranged based on the channel signal to noise ratio(S110). A transmission rate is obtained on each node of candidate node sets(S120).

PURPOSE: A transmission and reception method in a mobile wireless network and apparatus thereof are provided to transmit and receive data by controlling the access of a terminal based on synchronization in the mobile wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A transmission node determines the size of transmission target data(S100,S110). The transmission node executes a basic access process(S120). In case an empty ACK(Acknowledgement) slot is not existed, the transmission node executes a random back-off process(S130,S140). In case one or more empty ACK slots are existed, the transmission node executes a data transmission process(S150).
