There is provided a method of identifying User-Created Content (UCC) using an image identifier, including combining a still image with the image identifier, requesting registration of UCC corresponding to the still image combined with the image identifier, and combining a UCC identifier, issued in response to the request, with the still image combined with the image identifier, thus generating final UCC.

An image signature creating method includes: creating a map by partitioning a still image using rings defined by concentric circles radially spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval and radial lines circumferentially spaced apart from each other by a predetermined angle, the center of the still image being that of the concentric circles; and creating an image signature from the created map on the basis of distribution of pixels in regions defined by the rings and the radial lines. Accordingly, distribution of illegal contents is prevented and interrupted by search for and discrimination of a still image illegally deformed by a copying of or an intended attack on the still image.

PURPOSE: A portable device having a charter inputting unit is provided to efficiently input Korean character by inputting a vowel of a Korean character through the minimum keyboard. CONSTITUTION: A character input unit(100) includes first to third keyboards(101,103,105). The vowels of 'a', 'u', 'ya', yu' are allocated to the first keyboard. The vowels of 'e', 'u', 'ui' are allocated to the second keyboard. The character input unit generates one vowel according to the number of pressing first to third keyboards.

A method and an apparatus for inserting a forensic mark for protecting the copyright of the digital camera contents are provided to protect the copyright of the digital cinema contents efficiently by inserting the forensic mark in a lifting-based wavelet conversion process. Wavelet converters(200,210) change the digital video data into lifting based wavelet. A forensic mark generating unit(214) produces the forensic mark for the digital right protection. A forensic mark insertion unit(212) comprises the lifting step so that the return value of the wavelet conversion be identical regardless of the added lifting parameter value. The forensic mark insertion part provides the forensic equation mark to the wavelet converter. The forensic equation mark is inserted into the intermediate result value among a plurality of lifting steps.
