Abstract: PURPOSE: A biosensor for multiple detection is provided to simultaneously and multiply detect fluorescence of various colors. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor for multiple detection comprises: a flat light source(10) formed of blue LED on a transparent substrate; a biochip(20) which has one or more detection regions(25) and capturing antibody fixed on the detection regions; an antibody(30) which is injected to the detection regions and has quantum dots with different sizes; a color CCD camera(50) for detecting fluorescences of spectrums released from the quantum dot; and a long-pass filter which is attached at the front of the color CCD camera.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供多重检测用生物传感器，同时多次检测各种颜色的荧光。 构成：用于多次检测的生物传感器包括：在透明基板上由蓝色LED形成的平坦光源（10）; 生物芯片（20），其具有一个或多个检测区域（25）并捕获固定在所述检测区域上的抗体; 注射到检测区域并具有不同尺寸的量子点的抗体（30）; 用于检测从量子点释放的光谱的荧光的彩色CCD照相机（50） 以及附着在彩色CCD相机前部的长通滤光片。
