According to one aspect of the present invention, an RFID tag comprises: a transmitting unit for transmitting a download command for instructing the download of tag data stored in a user memory bank of the RFID tag; and a receiving unit for receiving, from the RFID tag, tag data in a plurality of record block units, each of which is smaller than the size of the memory bank.
