Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention may provide a load-distributing harness comprising: a self-inflatable shocking-absorbing structure unit including an outer cover member having a receiving space formed therein, a cushioning pad disposed in the receiving space and exerting elastic force against an external stimulus, and an air injection layer which comes in contact with the cushioning pad and includes an air-absorbing member forming a closed space within the outer cover member, wherein air is automatically filled in the closed space through an air injection hole due to a pressure difference between the air injection layer and the outside of the outer cover member.
