    Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of an aqueous graphene solution and a producing method of an aqueous conductive polymer solution are provided to produce grapheme capable of dispersing inside an aqueous solution, and to add the graphene into a conductive polymer composite. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an aqueous graphene solution comprises the following steps: forming a graphene oxide by oxidizing graphite by processing with an acid solution; dispersing the graphene oxide using a dispersing agent selected form an ionic polymer, or an aqueous conductivity polymer; and reducing the graphene oxide using a reductant. The acid solution is an oxidized acid solution. The oxidized acid is selected from the group consisting of H_2SO_4, KMnO_4, HCl, and HNO_3. The ionic polymer is nafion.
