Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an ultrahigh performance concrete block for preventing shrinkage strain through match casting is provided to integrally assemble UHPC blocks in a bridge axis direction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ultrahigh performance concrete block for preventing shrinkage strain through match casting is as follows. Pre-cast UHPC blocks(1a) are located at the inside a high-temperature chamber(20). The shrunk pre-cast UHPC blocks are re-expanded in an original size by increasing the internal temperature of the chamber. Shear keys or insertion grooves are formed on the outer surfaces of the pre-cast UHPC blocks. The outer surfaces of the pre-cast UHPC blocks are exposed to the outside the high-temperature chamber. A form(200) for manufacturing a post-cast UHPC block is adhered to the pre-cast UHPC blocks. The outer surfaces of the pre-cast UHPC blocks close the opened part of the form. Post-cast UHPC blocks are formed by placing UHPC in the form.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A measuring device for a large displacement of a structure using an inclined angle measurement according to a vertical and horizontal movement is provided to accurately measure a displacement regardless of a size of the displacement and to continuously measure a large displacement in a remote site by an administrator. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device for a large displacement comprises a fixing member(20), a rotating member(10), a structure attaching member(40), a movable member(30), an inclinometer(40). The fixing member is fixed to a reference point for measuring a displacement. The lower part of the rotating member is connected to the fixing member by a first hinge unit(11), thereby rotating in one imaginary rotating reference surface. A structure attaching member is attached on the displacement measurement object structure, and comprises a sliding unit(41) longways formed in a longitudinal direction. One end part of the movable member is connected by a second hinge unit(13) to be rotated with respect to the rotating member. The other end part of the movable member is connected by a third hinge unit(42) to be rotated with respect to the structure attaching member, thereby perpendicularly moving along the sliding unit. The inclinometer measures an inclined degree caused by the rotation of the rotating member in a rotating reference surface.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for measuring a large displacement by using an inclinometer is provided to accurately measure a large displacement generated in various structures regardless of a size of the displacement. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a large displacement comprises a fixing member(20), a rotating member(10), a movable member(30), and an inclinometer(40). The fixing member is fixed to a reference point for measuring a displacement. The lower part of the rotating member is connected to the fixing member by a first hinge unit(11), thereby rotating in one imaginary rotating reference surface and extending. A sliding unit(12) is formed in the rotating member. The movable member is arranged in the rotating reference surface of the rotating member or a surface which is be in a line with the rotating reference surface. The inclinometer is arranged in the rotating member, thereby measuring an inclined degree caused by the rotation of the rotating member in the rotating reference surface.
