Abstract: PURPOSE: A gravity type wet-oxidation reactor equipped with a flow guide is provided to activate oxidation by dividing an oxidizing agent into micro bubbles and promoting the mixing of the micro bubbles and sludge. CONSTITUTION: A gravity type wet-oxidation reactor includes a reactor outer tube(110), a reactor inner tube(130), and a flow guide(140). The reactor outer tube is in the form of a pipe and is vertically installed. Both end parts of the reactor outer tube are closed. A sludge discharging pipe(33) is connected to one upper part of the reactor outer tube and discharges oxidized sludge. The upper end part of the reactor inner tube is closed, and the lower end part of the reactor inner tube is opened. A sludge providing pipe(11) is connected to one upper part of the reactor inner tube and moves provided sludge downward. The upper end part of an oxidizing agent providing tube is opened, and the lower end part of the oxidizing agent providing tube is closed. The oxidizing agent providing tube is connected to an oxidizing agent providing pipe(22) and moves provided the oxidizing agent downward. The flow guide is protruded along the outer circumference of the oxidizing agent providing tube.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro bubble generating gravity pressure vessel-wet air oxidation(GPV-WAO) reactor is provided to supply an oxidizing agent in the form of micro bubbles into a reactor inner pipe by modifying the structure of an oxidizing agent supplying pipe. CONSTITUTION: A micro bubble generating GPV-WAO reactor includes a reactor outer pipe(110), a reactor inner pipe(120), an oxidizing agent supplying pipe(130), and a micro bubble supplying hole(135). The reactor outer pipe is tubular, and the upper part and the lower part of the reactor outer pipe are closed. The reactor outer pipe is vertically installed. A sludge discharging conduit(33) is connected to one upper side of the reactor outer pipe and discharges oxidized sludge. The upper part of the reactor inner pipe is closed, and the lower part of the reactor inner pipe is opened. A sludge supplying pipe(11) is connected to the reactor inner pipe, and sludge moves downward through the inner part of the pipe. The upper part of the oxidizing agent supplying pipe is closed, and the lower part of the oxidizing agent supplying pipe is opened. The upper part of the oxidizing agent supplying pipe is connected to an oxidizing agent supplying conduit(22). The micro bubble supplying hole penetrates the surface of the oxidizing agent supplying pipe.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A deep well-based catalytic wet oxidation apparatus is provided to save costs and construction periods by being equipped with a microbubble generator and reducing the depth of excavation for installing a deep well guiding pipe. CONSTITUTION: A deep well guiding pipe(10) is vertically buried. A guiding pipe(11) is arranged in the deep well guiding pipe. The lower part of the guiding pipe is spaced apart from the bottom of the deep well guiding pipe to form a flow path through which wastewater flows. A catalyst part(12) is installed at the lower side of the deep well guiding pipe to implement oxidation to the wastewater. A microbubble generator(13) is installed on the upper side of the catalyst part. The microbubble generator is arranged at the lower side of a gas injecting line(14). A heat exchanging part is arranged at the upper side of the deep well guiding part.
