Abstract:
PURPOSE: An electronic display device for a road with a light shielding film is provided to prevent the decrease of the luminance ratio of an electronic display device and to prevent the visibility decrease of the electronic display device by covering the front side of the electronic display device with a sunlight shielding film during the day and by removing the sunlight shielding film during the night. CONSTITUTION: An electronic display device for a road with a light shielding film comprises a body(10), an information indicating portion and a light shielding portion(30). The body is located by a support at a given height and ensures the visibility of a driver. The information indicating portion is installed in the body and displays images on traffic related information to the outside. The light shielding portion is installed in the body. The light shielding portion is driven by a driving unit and selectively covers the front side of the information indicating portion.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing real time variable velocity information using a Bluetooth are provided to generate reliable section traveling velocity information by applying an error data filtering algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A first Bluetooth sensor(110) is installed in an entry of a construction section or a bottleneck section of a road. The Bluetooth sensor detects vehicle identification information and scanning time from a passing vehicle(210). A second Bluetooth(120) is installed in an exit of the construction section or the bottleneck section of the road. The second Bluetooth sensor detects the vehicle identification information and the scanning time from the passing vehicle. A portable variable message sign(PVMS)(130) displays to a rear vehicle(220) by receiving variable velocity information from the second Bluetooth sensor.
