PURPOSE: A temperature control type foundation reinforcement structure and a construction method thereof are provided to easily secure supporting force required for the bottom of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A temperature control type foundation reinforcement structure(100) comprises a circular pile(110), a thermal siphon(120), a center guide(130), a cover plate(150), a holder(160), and sand(170). The circular pile is inserted into an excavated hole. The thermal siphon has a heating unit and an evaporating unit. The heating unit liquefies working fluid. The evaporating unit evaporates the working fluid. The cover plate seals the tops of the evaporating unit, the heating unit, the circular pile. The holder seals the end of the thermal siphon. The circular pile, in which the thermal siphon is inserted, is filled with the sand.

PURPOSE: An earth retaining implement using static soil pressure is provided to simplify a working process by reducing the amount of struts and to reduce construction costs. CONSTITUTION: An earth retaining implement using static soil pressure comprises piles(130), and a retaining support(150). The piles are installed by excavating the ground. Earth plates(110) are installed in the excavated ground. The piles are fixed to the contiguous ground using an anchor(190). The retaining support is connected to the piles and supports a waling(170) installed in the excavated ground.

PURPOSE: A frozen ground behavior real time monitoring system and method are provided to evaluate reliability of a coldest place base structure by analyzing data by using an artificial satellite data transmitting system. CONSTITUTION: A detecting device(100) detects a factor for measuring and analyzing the behavior of a freeze ground. A data storage unit(200) receives and stores a detection signal from the detecting device in real time. A satellite communications transmission device(300) transmits data from data storage unit to an artificial satellite. A remote site satellite receiving and data analyzing device(400) analyzes the data from the artificial satellite which receives the data from the satellite communications transmission device. A housing protects the detecting device, the data storage unit, and the satellite communications transmission device.
