    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for recognizing a liquid level using a change of temporal pixel distribution on an image are provided to accurately measure a liquid level by minimizing measuring errors. CONSTITUTION: A method for recognizing a liquid level using a change of temporal pixel distribution on an image is as follows. A watermark image is digitalized depending on the concentration of each pixel distributed in X and Y directions(S1). The image, in which main scales and auxiliary scales are displayed, is extracted from the digitalized image(S2). Histogram data about the pixel, distributed in a Y direction, are formed(S3).
