Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic loading device is provided to load a moving load and cyclic load at the same time using a horizontal moving unit and vibration unit so that reliability with respect to the uniformity of a concrete road or asphalt-paved road can be enhanced. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic loading device comprises a frame(10), a hydraulic unit(20), a pressing unit(30), and a controller. The frame is erectly formed. The hydraulic unit is installed to be moved back and forth or to left and right sides of the frame. The hydraulic unit imparts pressure toward the ground. The pressing unit is joined to the hydraulic unit and arranged to be closely adhered to the ground. The pressing unit presses the ground with the imparted pressure from the hydraulic unit so that a simulated load is loaded. The controller confirms the loading load on the corresponding surface where the load loading is performed while controlling the pressure of the hydraulic unit.
