Abstract: PURPOSE: A mortar stripper of circulation aggregate using conical shaped friction plate is provided to increase friction force between the circulation aggregate and friction plate, among circulation aggregates by eliminating the mortar attached to the surface of the circulation aggregate, and produce the circulation aggregate with excellent quality. CONSTITUTION: A mortar stripper of circulation aggregate using conical shaped friction plate comprises a casing and a conical shape friction plate. The casing comprises the feed hopper to put into the circulation aggregate of the state that the attach mortar and vent to exhaust circulation aggregate finishing the desquamation of the mortar. A rubbing guide vane is into one body attached to inner surface of the casing sloping to the down direction. When the circulation aggregate putting into casing falls to the upper side of the rubbing guide vane, an attach mortar is removed while rolling along the upper side of the rubbing guide vane. The conical shape friction plate collides with the circulation aggregate while revolving to the rotation of a rotating shaft(21) and makes to collide with the circulation aggregate or the circulation aggregate collides with casing in order to exfoliate the mortar attached with the rubbing to the surface of the circulation aggregate.
