Abstract: Provided is a signal processing device including: a digital signal detector outputting an inputted serial digital signal; a clock signal generator generating a clock signal on the basis of the serial digital signal; a chip selection signal generator generating a chip selection signal for selecting a chip by using at least one signal of the clock signal and the serial digital signal; and an initializer detecting an initializing signal included in the serial digital signal and generates a reset signal for initializing an operation of the clock signal generator and the chip selection signal generator on the basis of the initializing signal.
