The receiving mesh (3) is divided in the circumferential direction of the handling drum and has mesh bodies (31) sequentially inserted into the handling chamber from one side thereof. The mesh bodies (31) are individually affixed to the handling chamber frame (21).

The turning brake 12 is structured as a clawing type.
