Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving working machine intended for improving an environment around its driver's seat and the maintainability of control valves and a hydraulic system and for arranging principal equipment and the like compactly on a revolving base. SOLUTION: A revolving working machine has a driver's seat 9 on one side of a revolving base 7 along the horizontal direction and a valve unit BU in which a number of control valves for controlling hydraulic equipment are aligned in one direction. The valve unit BU is placed at the front of the other side of the revolving base 7 along the horizontal direction in such a manner that the control valves are aligned in the vertical direction. A hydraulic oil tank 14 is placed behind the valve unit BU, and an engine 10 is placed transversely at the center of the rear of the revolving base 7 along the horizontal direction. A radiator 12 is placed on one side of the engine 10 along the horizontal direction, and a hydraulic pump 13 is placed on the other side of the engine 10 along the horizontal direction and behind the operating oil tank 14. A fuel tank 11 is placed in front of a radiator 12, and a battery 15 is placed in front of the fuel tank 11.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To easy inspect valve groups by connecting a frame along the outer side of a swing frame in the state that a space open to the outer side is formed between the frame and the bottom plate of the swing frame and making a space blocking side plate freely removable. CONSTITUTION: A step mounting frame 3a is fixed and connected to the upper ends of supporting legs 3A standingly fixed to the outer periphery of the bottom plate 3C of a turntable at preset spaces, ranging over a rear frame which partitions a supporting plate for mounting a backhoe device, a valve room and an engine room along the outer side of the turntable. A peripheral side wall 3D is fixed and connected to the rear side of the step mounting frame 3a ranging from the step mounting frame 3a to the bottom plate 3C. An opening 3E ranging from the front face to the side face is blocked by a side plate 3F L-shaped in a plan view in a removable manner. When the side plate 3F is removed, the peripheral side wall of the turntable is open ranging from the front face to the side face to easily inspect valve 8 groups.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To maintain a constant speed at the time of reversing a vehicle by providing the periphery of an intermediate shaft, interlocked with an output shaft, with a first and a second rotors in the relatively rotatable state as well as with a clutch body to be engaged alternatively with both rotors, and connecting both rotors respectively to a transmission and an input shaft. CONSTITUTION:A first rotor 28 and a second rotor 33 are rotatably fitted at an intermediate shaft 4 connected to an output shaft 6 by a chain 30, as well as a clutch body 32a is fitted at the periphery of the intermediate shaft 4, and both rotors 28, 33 are alternatively engaged with the clutch body 32a by its movement to both rotors 28, 33. An input shaft 1 and the rotor 28 are interlockingly connected through a continuously variable transmission mechanism C, and the rotor 33 is interlockingly connected at constant deceleration, being rotated reversely to the input shaft 1. The forward state of the set speed can be maintained even after reversing a vehicle by using the rotor 28 for the forward state and the rotor 33 for the backward state. Accordingly, there is no need to adjust the speed to the original speed at the time of readvancing, nor is speed reducing operation at the time of shifting into reverse required.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the strength of a reversing shaft by forming a case wall for supporting the reversing shaft in proximity to a meshed part with a PTO output shaft in the reversing shaft so as to minimize bending moment acting upon the reversing shaft. CONSTITUTION:The supporting wall 16, bearing-supporting a reversing shaft 7, of a case 9 is formed in proximity to a bevel gear meshed part 18 with a PTO output shaft 10 in the reversing shaft 7 so as to reduce bending moment acting upon the reversing shaft 7 so as to reduce bending moment acting upon the reversing shaft 7 due to PTO work load to a minimum. In other words, the spaced distance between the bearing-supporting part and the meshed part 18 is shortened by the case wall 16 getting closer to the meshed part 18, and therefore bending moment acting upon the reversing shaft 7 becomes small. Accordingly, even without changing the absolute strength of the reversing shaft 7 itself, the strength of the reversing shaft 7 is improved substantially and can be made lightweight.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To compact a device by a method wherein the transmission shaft and the shift shaft of a friction type continuously variable transmission are supported in parallel to a transmission shaft in a mission case supporting a plurality of transmission shafts, and a shifter operating shaft is mounted in a manner to extend through a case. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 1, a transmission shaft 2 for receiving a power through the input shaft 1, an intermediate shaft 3 for PTO, an intermediate shaft 4 for running, a reduction shaft 5, and an output shaft 6 are all mounted in a parallel state in a mission case M. Three taper cones 14 revolved around an axis P are arranged around the transmission shaft 2 and a transmission member 15 capable of being axially shifted is brought into external contact therewith to form a friction type continuously variable transmission mechanism C. A shifter 16 to shift the transmission member 15 is disposed slidably along a shift shaft 17 extending in parallel to the transmission shaft 2 and slidably moved through rotation of a rock piece 18 of a control shaft 19 rotatably supported to the case M in a manner to extend therethrough. This constitution eliminates the need to mount a different case for a continuously variable transmission mechanism and compacts the whole of a device.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To intend complete stop of output system rotation with the operation of a change gear member by leaving a space between a taper cone and a rotational element with the pressure of the change gear member when moved to a most reduced position and providing output stop mechanism to cut off motive force. CONSTITUTION:A fork 22 connected to an operation shaft 21 is engaged with the sleeve 8s of a rotational element 8 to allow cut-off motive force with released contact of the rotational element 8 with a taper cone 7 by the pull operation of the operation shaft 21 even during transmission, and at the outer periphery of the rotational element 8 a contact piece 8b is provided, on which the pressure of a change gear member 10 operates in case that the change gear member 10 is set in a most reduced position. When the member 10 operates in a reduced gear direction to lead output rotation from the the gear to an almost stop region, a space between the taper cone 7 and the rotational element 8 is given by pressure on the contact piece 8b, so that motive force on the rotational element 8 is cut off and at the same time the rotation of a sprocket 12 is surely stopped by brake force from the member 10 on the rotational element 8.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference with the other member, and enlarge a degree of freedom of the setting of a control valve by arranging so that one face of the control valve is in the form of inclination of a turning base capable of being vertically rotated around the center of a shaft provided on a traveling device. SOLUTION: A turning base 7 is rotatably supported around the center of the shaft of a vertical direction on a bearing body provided on the center between right and left crawler traveling bodies of a traveling device, and a working oil tank 24 and a control valve 25 are arranged in front of a hydraulic pump 23 in the right side of the turning base 7. Mainly, a plurality of valve bodies 25A provided on the control valve 25 driving and controlling a hydraulic instrument are arranged in the inclined direction for the vertical direction in regard to the arrangement direction. Thereby the control valve 25 can be compactly arranged in a narrow space, and the attaching area of the control valve 25 on the turning base 7 can be made constant regardless of the number of the valve bodies 25A. In addition, since the control valve 25 is inclined, interference with the other member can be avoided, and a degree of freedom of setting can be enlarged.
