Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester having such a construction that a reaping section 5 for reaping and conveying and feeding planted grain culms to a threshing section 1 is placed to the front portion of the traveling main machine 4 mounted with the threshing section 1, a boarding steering section 2 projected forward and a driving section are located vertical-movably on the lateral side of the boarding steering section 2 and the basal end support 7 of the reaping section 5 is detachably supported on a support stand 6 provided on the front portion of the traveling main machine 4, and enables the reaping section 5 to be easily moved in such a condition as to be detached from the traveling main machine 4 and facilitate attaching/detaching the reaping section 5 to/from the traveling main machine 4 even if the traveling main machine 4 is not moved. SOLUTION: This combine harvester is characterized by having such a construction the lower part of the reaping section 5 is provided with rotating wheel mounting parts 9 dividedly in front and rear of the center of gravity position of the reaping section 5 so as to enable at least three caster-type idle rotating wheels for making the reaping section 5 contact with the ground stably to be mounted on the rotating wheel mounting parts 9; and the rotating wheel mounting parts 9 are designed to regulate the respective heights of the idle rotating wheels.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and cost of an apparatus for attaching a reaping part of a combine. SOLUTION: A reaping part is liftably connected to the front part of a traveling body. The reaping part is switchable between a reaping posture positioned in front of the body and an opened posture to open the front side of the body by swinging around a longitudinal axis P positioned at the right or left side opposite to the driver's seat. The reaping part is supported on the upper end of the body-side supporting shaft 16 constituting the longitudinal axis P while keeping flotation of the reaping part on the ground by placing the reaping member attaching part 17 of the side of the supporting shaft 16 behind the longitudinal axis P.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine capable of supporting a reaping part in a state floating on the ground in high workability without causing considerable increase of the cost. SOLUTION: A reaping part is placed in front of the traveling body in a manner switchable between a reaping work posture to position the reaping part in front of the body and an opened posture to open the front side of the body by swinging the part around a longitudinal axis. The weight of the reaping part is supported by a lift locking means in place of the lift driving mechanism while positioning the reaping part above the lifting range. The drop of the reaping part is inhibited by a lock member 28 by allowing the free insertion and retraction of the reaping part between the oppositely placed positions (a) and (b) in the swinging direction of the reaping part and the fixing member 18 at the side of the traveling body while keeping the reaping part above the locking position and supporting the weight of the reaping part with the fixing member 18 by clamping the inserted reaping part with the reaping side part (a) and the fixing member side part (b).

SOLUTION: The connection portion 12b of a cast base end portion 12 on whose end sides attaching portions to be rotatably connected to the support portion of a travel frame are disposed and in which an input shaft 30 is disposed is connected with connection bolts 45 to the connection portion 13b of a cast arm potion 13 in which a transition shaft 35 for transmitting the rotation force of the input shaft 30 to a reaping blade-driving case 14 is disposed. The connection portion 12b of the base end portion 12 is projected from the base end portion 12, and a flange 12c to be connected to the arm portion 13 is disposed on the projected end side of the connection portion 12b. The outer diameter of the flange 12c is larger than the outer diameter of the connection portion 12b. The arm portion 13 is integrally cast from a connection portion 13b to be connected to the base end portion 12 to a connection portion 13d to be connected to the reaping blade-driving case 14.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a reaping part from a traveling machine body without requiring much labor for disconnecting a connection between a rotation sensor and a its operation member in a combine harvester equipped with the rotation sensor for detecting height of the reaping part from a traveling machine body based on a rocking angle of a reaping part frame to the traveling machine body. SOLUTION: A base edge part 6a of a main frame 6 of the reaping part is rotatably supported on a supporting part 19 of the traveling machine body. The rotation sensor 21 is supported through a sensor stay 23 and a hydraulic oil tank T on a machine body frame part 18 of the traveling machine body. When the reaping part is dropped, an operation member 22 supported by the base edge part 6a of the main frame 6 has a pressing action on an operation part 21a of the rotation sensor 21 to rotate the operation part 21a. When the reaping part is raised, the operation part 21a of the rotation sensor 21 is rotated with following the operation member 22 by self restoring force.

Thus, the diameters of guide ring bodies 13 provided in a conversion point from the return lowering passage (b) to the elevation pulling-up passage (a) are made to be large, the angle speed of the pulling-up paws 14 in the part is lowered and stable pulling-up performance is realized.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the continuously variable transmission to shift in conditions where it is hard to generate frictional sound between a transmission belt and a pulley. SOLUTION: A spring receiving body 11 and a spring pushing body 21 are provided on one end side of a tension spring 10 for giving tensile force to a transmission belt 9. When a pulley part 4b of an input side split pulley 4 is slidably operated to shift, the spring pushing body 21 is automatically rotated- operated by a rotating-operating shaft 24 to slidably operate the spring receiving body 11 in the direction away from a split pulley 7 to reduce the energizing force of the tension spring 10, and thus to reduce the tensile force of the transmission belt 9 below a tensile force for transmission. When the shifting is completed, the spring pushing body 21 is automatically return-rotated and operated to slidably operate the spring receiving body 11 toward the split pulley 7 to increase the energizing force of the tension spring 10, and thus to return the tensile force of the transmission belt 9 to the tensile force for transmission.

CONSTITUTION:The traveling speed controlling apparatus of a combine harvester is provided with an electric motor 8 to drive a speed change gear 7 for traveling, a sensor S1 for detecting the rotational speed of the engine, and a culm base sensor S0 to detect whether the combine harvester is in a reaping state or not. the apparatus is also provided with a controlling apparatus 15 to reduce the speed of the electric motor 8 to keep the rotational speed of the engine detected by the detection sensor S1 above a preset level after detecting the change from the reaping work state to the non-reaping work state by the culm base sensor S0. A gyration state detection sensor S2 detects whether the traveling machine body is in the state of gyrating motion or not. When the gyration state detection sensor S2 detects the change from the gyrating state to the non-gyrating state in the case of detecting the gyrating state by the gyration state detection sensor S2 and preforming the speed-reduction control by the controller 15, the speed-reduction control is stopped by the controller 15.

A stretching member 17 to be brought into contact from the outside to the holding pawl in falling attitude is pressed and forced to the inside direction by a forcing mechanism 18, a stretching movement distance by the force of the forcing mechanism is amplified by an amplifying mechanism 19 and the whole stretching mechanism is stored in the minimum loop space by using a spring having a high spring constant.
