Abstract: Ein Fluid-Leckage-Erfassungs-System (100) hat einem Erfassungs-Raum (20), in den Arbeits-Öl, des durch eine Stangen-Dichtung (11) ausgetreten ist, geleitet wird; die Stangen-Dichtung ist konfiguriert, um einen Ring-Spalt (8) zwischen einer Kolben-Stange (3) und einem Zylinder-Kopf (5) abzudichten; eine Sensor-Einheit (30), die konfiguriert ist, um Druck in dem Erfassungs-Raum (20) zu erfassen; und eine Steuerung (60), die konfiguriert ist, um erfasste Ergebnisse von der Sensor-Einheit (30) zu übernehmen, wobei die Steuerung (60) aufweist: eine Berechnungs-Einheit (62), die konfiguriert ist, um einen Druck-Parameter zu berechnen, der eine Druck-Schwankung in dem Erfassungs-Raum (20) darstellt; eine Bestimmungs-Einheit (63), die konfiguriert ist, um das Auftreten einer Leckage von dem Arbeits-Öl auf der Grundlage des Druck-Parameters zu bestimmen; und der Druck-Parameter einen oberen Grenz-Wert (Pmax) und einen unteren Grenz-Wert (Pmin) der Druck-Schwankung beinhaltet, die aus dem erfassten Ergebnis erhalten wird, das von der Sensor-Einheit (30) innerhalb einer vorbestimmten Erfassungs-Periode erfasst wird.

Abstract: Provided is a mixer which can satisfactorily supply electric power to electrical equipment that rotates together with a mixer drum. This mixer (10J) is provided with: a support part (11); a mixer drum (10); a slump sensor (16); a power generator (30); and a power line (14). The mixer drum (10) is pivotally supported by the support part (11) and rotates about a rotational axis (10G). The slump sensor (16) is attached to the mixer drum (10) and rotates together with the mixer drum (10). The power generator (30) has: a power generation part (30D) which is attached to the mixer drum (10) and which rotates together with the mixer drum (10); and a shaft part (30B) which protrudes from the power generation part (30D) and which is freely rotatable relative to the power generation part (30D). When the shaft part (30B) rotates relative to the power generation part (30D) along with the rotation of the mixer drum (10), the power generator (30) generates electric power to be supplied to the slump sensor (16). The power line (14) connects the power generation part (30D) to the slump sensor (16).

Abstract: This invention aims to provide a mixer which can successfully feed electric power to electric devices which are rotated together with a mixer drum. Existing solutions are influenced by the surrounding environment, which can give rise to a lack of stability in the electric power supplied to the electrical devices in the mixer. To address this problem, the mixer (10J) includes a support (11), a mixer drum (10), a slump sensor (16), a generator (30), and a power line (14). The mixer drum (10) is supported by the support to be rotatable about a rotation axis (10G). The slump sensor (16) is mounted on the mixer drum (10) to be rotatable together with the mixer drum (10). The generator (30) includes a power generation part (30D) mounted on the mixer drum (10) to be rotatable together with the mixer drum (10) and a shaft (30B) protruding from the power generation part (30D) to be rotatable relative to the power generation part (30D). The generator (30) generates electric power to be fed to the slump sensor (16) when the shaft (30B) is rotated relative to the power generation part (30D) with rotation of the mixer drum (10). The power line (14) connects the power generation part (30D) and the slump sensor (16).
