Abstract: [Problem] To provide a mixer vehicle and a mixer vehicle management system with which it is possible to assess whether or not water has been added to a concrete mix. [Solution] The mixer vehicle 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is equipped with a mixer drum 2, a driving device 4, a pressure sensor 4a, and a slump-evaluating section 111.
