PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for a single-sided metal-clad laminated sheet enhanced in the adhesiveness of a high heat-resistant polyimide film and an adhesive polyimide layer and also enhanced in solder heat resistance, and a manufacturing method of the single-sided metal-clad laminated sheet using the base material for the single-sided metal-clad laminated sheet. SOLUTION: The base material for the single-sided metal-clad laminated sheet is constituted by providing the adhesive polyimide layer on one of both sides of the high heat-resistant polyimide film and providing a non-adhesive polyimide layer to the other side of the high heat-resistant polyimide film. The high heat-resistant polyimide film contains the block component of a thermoplastic polyimide in an amount of 20-60 mol% with respect to the whole of a polyimide. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing an adhesive film causing no ply separation and having a good shape by a coextrusion-cast coating method and a chemical curing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a multilayered film having at least two kinds of polyimide layers includes a process for casting at least two kinds of solutions, that is, a solution containing a precursor of a polyimide resin and a solution of the polyimide resin on a support by coextrusion to form at least two layers. A chemical dehydrator and a catalyst are added to at least one of the solutions used in coextrusion and 0.5-4.0 mol of the chemical dehydrator and a 0.05-1.0 mol of the catalyst are used per 1 mol of an amic acid unit in polyamic acid contained in the solution to which the chemical dehydrator and the catalyst are added. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein long time operation is impossible because curing is advanced in a stirring tank under stirring and mixing when a polyimide is obtained using the curing reaction of polyamic acid in the vicinity of the normal temperature by large amount charge or intermittent molding and a cured matter is produced in piping or a mixer during the stoppage of operation in the case of continuous mixing using a static mixer for preliminarily separating polyamic acid and a curing agent to mix them immediately before molding not only to make it difficult to normally feed polyamic acid and the curing agent but also to have to frequently perform maintenance for removing the cured matter. SOLUTION: This polyimide molding method has a step for mixing a polyamic acid solution, a dehydrating ring closing agent and a catalyst at a temperature sufficiently delaying curing reaction to obtain a mixture, a step for storing the mixture and a step having a molding part for curing the mixture at the temperature or above and supplying the mixture to the molding part from a storage tank continuously or intermittently. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing pin-removing failure in a polyimide-based multilayered film after burning in production of the same by a casting film formation method while enhancing the peelability of a multilayered gel film from a support even in the case that the peelability of the multilayered film from the support is enhanced by employing a chemical imidation method, and effectively avoiding the ply separation of the multilayered gel film. SOLUTION: In such a case that, for example, a multilayered liquid film 30 comprising thermoplastic polyimide varnish/heat-resistant polyimide varnish/thermoplastic polyimide varnish is formed on an endless belt and converted to the multilayered gel film 40, a liquid film 32 comprising the heat-resistant polyimide varnish is formed as a wide liquid film of which the width is wider than that of each of other liquid films 31 and 33, and both ends of the multilayered liquid film 30 are formed into a single-layered structure composed only of the wide liquid film. In this case, it is preferable to use a multilayered coextrusion die wherein an inner deckle is inserted in a flow channel. SOLUTION: In the adhesive film formed by forming an adhesive layer containing thermoplastic polyimide at least in one side of a high heat resistant polyimide layer, both of heat shrinkage rates at 300°C in a MD direction and TD direction of the adhesive film are in the range of 0-0.5%, tanδ peak top temperature during measurement of dynamic viscoelasticity of the adhesive film is 320-400°C, and a value of the peak top of the tanδ is ≥0.1. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the metal clad laminated sheet wherein at least two kinds of the polyimide layers are provided on the conductor includes a process for forming at least two layers by casting at least two kinds of solutions, each of which is a solution selected from a solution containing a precursor of a polyimide resin and a solution containing the polyimide resin and contains a solution containing at least one kind of the precursor of the polyimide resin, on the conductor by coextrusion and is characterized in that a chemical dehydrating agent and a catalyst are added to the solution containing at least one kind of the precursor of the polyimide of the solutions used in coextrusion.
