Abstract: Disclosed therein are an inspection apparatus for a thermo-hygrometer based on phase change and methods for controlling and inspecting the same which can simultaneously inspect a thermometer and a hygrometer through a simple method using a phase change of reactants. The thermo-hygrometer based on phase change includes: reactants of at least two kinds; a plurality of cylinder type cells; a reactor body having a temperature sensor hole and a plurality of cell holes; a flow pipe in which a first gas circulates by a circulation pump; a relative humidity chamber which has a relative humidity sensor disposed therein; and a temperature control unit which is mounted below the reactor body, wherein when a phase change of a first reactant is induced, the relative humidity sensor is inspected based on the relative humidity of the first gas, and the temperature sensor is inspected based on the phase change temperature of the first reactant.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus embodied in order to correct efficiently changing of measured temperature value in a temperature sensor according to influence of irradiance. A radiosonde related an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first temperature sensor; a second temperature sensor having higher emission ratio than the first temperature sensor; and a measuring unit in order to calculate corrected temperature value, but the radiosonde and the third temperature sensor are installed in a chamber before flying of the radiosonde, a first temperature change detected by the first temperature sensor by output light in a sunlight simulator and a second temperature change detected by the second temperature sensor are induces, compensation factors may be derived using the first temperature change, the second temperature change, and temperature value measured by the third temperature sensor.

Abstract: A dual cap for protecting a humidity sensor of a radiosonde of an aerological observation system includes an outer cap and an inner cap. The dual cap surrounds the humidity sensor. The outer cap has an outer ventilation hole formed in its top, and an outer air circulation opening formed in its side periphery. The side periphery of the outer cap also has a first wall that acts as a barrier to air flow. The inner cap is affixed to and is disposed inside of the outer cap. A ceiling of the inner cap faces the outer ventilation hole so as to impose a barrier to air flow. The inner cap further has an inner ventilation hole in its top and an inner air circulation opening formed in its side periphery. The inner air circulation opening faces the first wall of the outer cap.
