Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition, notably an aqueous cosmetic composition, comprising at least one screening agent chosen from water-soluble or water-dispersible screening agents that are capable of absorbing UV rays from 320 to 400 nm (UVA), water-soluble or water-dispersible screening agents that are capable of absorbing UV rays from 280 to 320 nm (UVB), and mixtures thereof; at least one hydrophilic thickener; and at least one surfactant with an HLB of greater than or equal to 7.
The present invention also relates to a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for treating keratin materials, preferably the skin, comprising the application, to said keratin materials, of a composition according to the invention.-
