Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily discriminate the position of a disc by providing an electric conductive strip corresponding to the vertical and horizontal lines of a sample disc. CONSTITUTION: A sample disc 1 containing a sample vessel arranged in matrix is placed on a frame 7 which contains an L-shape electric conductive piece 8. In addition, a processing device comprises electric conductive strips for vertical line 9 and horizontal line 10 which correspond to the number of the vertical and horizontal lines of the disc 1, respectively, and a device wherein an electric signal is transmitted from the strip for vertical line 9, and the signal is received from the strip for horizontal line 10. Thus, relating to the position of a measurement well 3 (sample vessel) accompanying the movement of the frame, the detection signal for discriminating a position is obtained by electrical connection between a branch piece of the electric conductive piece 8 and the strips 9 and 10. So position discrimination for a disc is easily performed.
