Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a touch sensor integrated type electroluminescent display device having a plurality of gate lines (GL1, ..., GLm) and data lines (DL1, ..., DLn) crossing over each other; a plurality of pixel electrodes (Px) to which data signals are supplied through the plurality of data lines (DL1, ..., DLn); and a touch electrode configured to overlap the plurality of pixel electrodes (Px), wherein a touch driving signal is supplied to the touch electrode and then a touch position is detected from sensing the touch electrode.
Abstract:
A see-through organic light emitting display device including a light emitting region having a transparent anode, an organic light emitting layer, and a transparent cathode, and a see-through region having a transparent auxiliary electrode, which is configured to transmit external light. The transparent auxiliary electrode can be made from the same material as the transparent anode and separated from the transparent anode, and the transparent cathode extends into the see-through region so as to be electrically connected with the transparent auxiliary electrode.
Abstract:
An electroluminescent display device integrated with a fingerprint sensor comprises: a display panel (DPNL) comprising a plurality of display pixels (PIX); a transparent substrate (CP) bonded to the top of the display panel (DPNL); and an image sensor (ISS) bonded to the bottom of the display panel (DPNL), wherein each of the display pixels (PIX) in at least some part of the pixel array on the display panel comprises a light transmission area (A), the image sensor (ISS) comprises a plurality of photosensors, one or more of the photosensors are exposed within the light transmission area (A), and the resolution of the image sensor (ISS) is higher than or equal to the resolution of the display panel (DPNL).
