Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a drive motor, a rotary shaft coupled to the drive motor, a main frame disposed below the drive motor, a fixed scroll disposed below the main frame, an orbiting scroll disposed between the main frame and the fixed scroll and eccentrically coupled to the rotary shaft, and an Oldham's ring coupled to the main frame and the orbiting scroll and configured to restrict rotation of the orbiting scroll relative to the fixed scroll. The Oldham's ring includes: a ring body, a first key that receives a first fixing boss of the ring body and that is configured to couple to the main frame, and a second key that receives a second fixing boss of the ring body and that is configured to couple to the orbiting scroll.

A communication groove in the form of a recessed groove may be formed in an inner surface of the orbiting end plate, and a refrigerant may flow through the communication groove according to a state in which the fixed wrap overlaps the communication groove such that there is an effect in that an opening efficiency of a discharge hole is improved at an initial stage of discharge.

Abstract: A scroll compressor is provided which is capable of supplying oil stored in an oil storage chamber upward through a rotary shaft to lubricate a bearing portion. The scroll compressor may include a casing in which oil is stored in an oil storage chamber formed at a lower portion of the casing, a drive motor provided in an inner space of the casing, a rotary shaft coupled to the drive motor and including an oil supply path configured to guide the oil stored in the oil storage chamber and at least one oil hole that passes from the oil supply path to an outer circumferential surface of the rotary shall a main frame coupled to the rotary shaft and provided under the drive motor, a fixed scroll coupled to the rotary shaft and provided under the main frame, and an orbiting scroll provided between the main frame and the fixed scroll, into which the rotary shaft is inserted and to which the rotary shaft is eccentrically coupled, the orbiting scroll performing an orbiting movement to form a compression chamber with the fixed scroll. The oil guided upward through the oil supply path may be discharged through the at least one oil hole and supplied to the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft.

Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a casing; a drive motor; a rotary shaft; a fixed scroll including a fixed wrap; and an orbiting scroll eccentrically coupled to rotary shaft and including an orbiting wrap configured to engage with the fixed wrap. At least one of the fixed wrap or the orbiting wrap defines an offset section that is defined between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap and that is greater than an orbital radius corresponding to a distance between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap in a state in which a center of the fixed scroll is aligned to a center of the orbiting scroll. The offset section is disposed at a contact portion between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap. The contact portion has a maximum length based on a rotation angle of the rotary shaft being within a pre-set range with respect to a reference point.

A pocket groove configured to guide oil discharged through the oil hole to the medium pressure chamber may be formed in an upper surface of the orbiting scroll, and a differential pressure path configured to guide the oil guided to the medium pressure chamber to the compression chamber may be provided in the fixed scroll.
