    Abstract: A control method of an exercise device using cable is proposed. The control method of an exercise device according to the present disclosure may include a posture detection step at which whether posture is incorrect is detected. Additionally, the control method of an exercise device according to the present disclosure may include a load decrease step at which an exercise load is decreased when incorrect posture is detected at the posture detection step. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of accidents by detecting that a user's posture is incorrect.
