Abstract: Disclosed are a water supply device and a faucet including the same. The water supply device includes a casing, and a component storage part formed inside the casing. A flow path guide pack is disposed inside the casing. The flow path guide pack defines a portion of the component storage part. Each of a thermostat, a flow rate controller, a filter, and a water-flow generator is connected to the flow path guide pack. In this case, the thermostat, the flow rate controller, the filter, and the water-flow generator are disposed in the component storage part. The filter and the water-flow generator are disposed between the flow rate controller and the thermostat.
