Abstract: A mutual rotating scroll compressor is provide. The mutual rotating scroll compressor includes: a first frame fixed to a casing; a second frame provided with an interval between the first frame and the second frame, a compression space being provided between the first frame and the second frame; a first scroll rotatably supported by the first frame and coupled to a driving motor to rotate in the compression space; a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to rotate about the second frame, the second scroll and the first scroll forming a compression chamber in the compression space; and a bearing housing including a housing part, including a boss accommodation part to which the second scroll is rotatably coupled, and a hinge lug which extends from the housing part and is movably coupled to the second frame. In the bearing housing, a third center which is a center of the hinge lug in an axial direction is provided on a plane and is eccentric with respect to a second center which is a center of the boss accommodation part in an axial direction, and each of the second center and the third center is provided on a plane and are eccentric with respect to a first center of the first scroll in an axial direction.

Abstract: A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include an oil supply hole (1255) penetrating from an oil passage (1253) to an outer circumferential surface of a rotating shaft (125), and an oil supply groove (1256) communicating with the oil supply hole and formed along the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft. The oil supply groove may be provided in plurality axially spaced apart by a preset distance. This can prevent the oil supply groove from invading an oil film section and increase centrifugal force against oil in the oil supply groove, thereby suppressing friction loss and wear between a main frame and the rotating shaft.

Abstract: In a scroll compressor, a discharge chamber is provided in an inner space of a back pressure chamber inner wall, a discharge port is provided inside the discharge chamber, a bypass hole is provided around the discharge port, and a communicating recess portion allowing the discharge chamber to communicate with the bypass hole is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the back pressure chamber inner wall forming the discharge chamber. Through this, the bypass hole may be easily configured in addition to the discharge port, thereby increasing an operation range of the compressor and suppressing overcompression.

Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a communication hole formed to penetrate from a side surface of the non-orbiting scroll adjacent to a discharge side to a thrust bearing surface between the non-orbiting scroll and an orbiting scroll and a decompression member having a radial sectional area smaller than that of the communication hole and inserted into the communication hole. A refrigerant discharged to the discharge space is introduced to the suction space through the passage between the communication hole and the decompression member, thereby preventing a high vacuum state of the compression chamber, and a refrigerant passing through the communication hole is decompressed during a normal operation to restrain leakage of the refrigerant to the thrust bearing surface between the non-orbiting scroll and the orbiting scroll, thus increasing compression efficiency.
