Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a display; a wireless communication processor configured to transceive a message with an external device; and a controller configured to display a message interface including a plurality of messages transceived with the external device on the display, and in response to a message change condition indicating a change in a respective message among the plurality of messages transceived with the external device, update and display without user interaction the message interface to indicate the change to the respective message.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal for classifying a touch type according to a finger portion brought into contact with the touch screen to perform a different function and a control method thereof, and the mobile terminal may include a touch screen, a sensing unit configured to sense a touch input applied to the touch screen, and a controller configured to control at least one of executable functions in the terminal when a touch input corresponding to a preset scheme is applied to the touch screen, wherein the controller executes a first function when the touch input corresponding to the preset scheme is applied with a fingertip, and executes a second function different from the first function when applied with a nail.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mobile terminal having a plurality of display areas and a control method thereof. A mobile terminal according to the present invention includes a display unit provided with a first display area and a second display area, and a controller configured to process a touch applied to another display area in an inactive state as a control command for one display area in an active state, when the touch is applied to the another display area in the inactive state while the one of the first and second display areas is in the active state and the another display area is in the active state. Here, the active state is a state of allowing an output of visual information and touch sensing, and the inactive state is a state of restricting an output of visual information and allowing touch sensing.

Abstract:
A mobile terminal and a method for controlling the same that may perform wireless communication with an external terminal are disclosed. The mobile terminal comprises a wireless communication unit configured to perform wireless communication with an external terminal; a touch screen outputting screen information; and a controller extracting event information included in the screen information on the basis of a user request and transmitting the extracted event information to the external terminal such that a notification screen corresponding to the event information is output from the external terminal prior to a predetermined time from a closing time of an event corresponding to the event information.
