Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an enamel composition, a preparation method thereof and a cooking appliance, the enamel composition comprising a glass frit, a siloxane-based compound, a silane-based compound, and mill addition comprising one or more that is selected from a group comprised of SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , ZrO 2 and TiO 2 , thereby suppressing defects such as chipping even when the enamel composition is used at high temperature, for pyrolysis of contaminants.
