Abstract:
A door for a home appliance, a home appliance, and a method for manufacturing the same, are disclosed. The door for a home appliance comprises a panel assembly; and a frame assembly defining a predetermined space having an opening connected with an edge of the panel assembly, and making a foaming space for receiving a thermal insulator by means of the predetermined space of the frame assembly and the edge of the panel assembly, wherein a foaming injection hole through which the thermal insulator is injected is provided on at least one of ends of an upper surface, a lower surface, a left side and a right side of the frame assembly.
Abstract:
An apparatus for cultivating plants of the present invention includes: a cabinet forming a space where plants are cultivated; a door connected to the cabinet to open or close the space; a bed disposed in the space of the cabinet; a seed package separably seated on the bed and having a medium including seeds of plants and nutrient solution; and a light assembly for radiating light to the seed package disposed on the bed, in which the bed includes an upper bed on which the seed package is seated and a bottom bed on which the upper bed is seated and that forms a water collecting part storing water, and the seed package is supplied with the water stored in the water collecting part.

Abstract:
Provided are a hinge (100) for a refrigerator (1) and a method for manufacturing the same. When a hinge support (200) mounted on a cabinet (11) and a hinge bracket (300), on which a hinge pin (400) is mounted, inserted into the hinge support (200) are coupled to each other, an additional supporting structure may be provided by a bracket support (240). Thus, a more stable coupling structure is obtained in comparison to coupling due to compression and deformation of the hinge bracket (300) to enhance strength and improve an outer appearance of the refrigerator (1).
Abstract:
The present invention provides a door for a home appliance comprising: a panel assembly including a front panel defining at least a portion of a front appearance of the door, a rear panel disposed behind the front panel, and a spacer disposed between a peripheral portion of the front panel and a peripheral portion of the rear panel so as to maintain a spacing between the front panel and the rear panel; and a frame assembly for supporting the panel assembly, the frame assembly including a side frame disposed along a side surface of the door, the side frame contacting outside air, characterized by a heat transfer structure for transferring heat of outside air from the side frame to an interior region defined between the front panel and the rear panel and between the spacer and a side end of the door.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a refrigerator and an evaporator for the same. More particularly, disclosed are a refrigerator which ensures easy expansion of a freezing compartment thereof, and an evaporator applied to the refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a cabinet having a storage compartment therein, a door mounted to the cabinet so as to open or close the storage compartment, a freezing compartment provided in an upper region of the storage compartment, an evaporator configured to define the freezing compartment, an elevating frame vertically movably provided below the freezing compartment, the elevating frame defining an expanded freezing compartment when moved downward, and fixed frames secured to two respective sidewalls of the storage compartment so as to guide and support vertical movement of the elevating frame.
Abstract:
A refrigerator may include a cabinet defined with a storage chamber therein, and a shelf assembly (100) mounted in the storage chamber provided with a vertically movable shelf (120). The shelf assembly (100) includes a guide member (140) mounted in the storage chamber while having guide slots (142, 144) inclinedly formed at side walls of the guide member (140) . The shelf is supported by the guide member (140) to be vertically movable. Guide protrusions (146) are provided at opposite lateral ends of the shelf (120) to protrude laterally and are supported by the guide slots (142, 144) in a state of being slidably engaged in the guide slots (142, 144). The guide slots (142, 144) have bent upper ends forming upper seats (143, 145) to support the guide protrusions (146). Each upper seat (143, 145) is formed such that a straight vertical line extending downwards from a center of the upper seat (143, 145) passes through a center of a lower seat formed at the corresponding guide slot (142, 144).
