    Abstract: A rotary engine having a crankshaft, a housing provided with lobe accommodating portions arranged to surround the crankshaft, and combustion chambers communicating with the lobe accommodating portions, a rotor rotatable eccentrically with respect to the crankshaft and provided with lobes continuously accommodated in the lobe accommodating portions, a housing cover provided with a bearing portion through which the crankshaft is inserted so as to be rotatably supported, and a lubricating unit to supply oil to the bearing portion, wherein the lubricating unit includes an oil pan to accommodate oil therein, an oil pump to pump up oil filled in the oil pan, and an oil supply passage having both ends located in the oil pump and the bearing portion, respectively, is provided. This structure may allow direct and effective lubrication of the bearing portion, and can employ a journal bearing.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include an oil supply hole (1255) penetrating from an oil passage (1253) to an outer circumferential surface of a rotating shaft (125), and an oil supply groove (1256) communicating with the oil supply hole and formed along the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft. The oil supply groove may be provided in plurality axially spaced apart by a preset distance. This can prevent the oil supply groove from invading an oil film section and increase centrifugal force against oil in the oil supply groove, thereby suppressing friction loss and wear between a main frame and the rotating shaft.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor according to the present disclosure may include a discharge guide disposed in a high-pressure part to guide refrigerant discharged from a compression part to a refrigerant discharge pipe, and the discharge guide may extend by a preset height from an inner circumferential surface of a casing constituting the high-pressure part toward one side surface of a high and low pressure separation plate. This can guide discharge refrigerant discharged to the high-pressure part to quickly flow to the refrigerant discharge pipe before being spread in an entire space of the high-pressure part, thereby preventing the high and low pressure separation plate from being overheated by discharge refrigerant of high temperature. This can result in preventing suction refrigerant of a low-pressure part from being heated by heat of discharge refrigerant transferred through the high and low pressure separation plate, thereby reducing a specific volume of the suction refrigerant and improving compressor efficiency.
