Abstract:
Provided are a smoothness improving additive for a calendering process and a polyvinylchloride-based composition including the same. More particularly, a smoothness improving additive allowing, even in the case of using a plasticizer in a smaller amount than the conventional amount used, excellent productivity and excellent processability in a calendering process to accelerate a production speed, excellent mechanical physical properties such as glass transition temperature and tensile strength of a molded body, and manufacture of a molded body having better smoothness is provided.
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to: an acrylic laminate film containing an acrylic copolymer and having a three-layer structure of an inner layer, an intermediate layer, and an outer layer; a method for producing same; and a deco sheet produced therefrom. An object of the present invention is to provide a three-layer-structured acrylic laminate film produced from an acrylic copolymer. Another object of the present invention is to provide: an acrylic laminate film having significantly improved optical properties and surface smoothness by using an acrylic copolymer alone without mixing the same with additional polymers; and a method for producing the acrylic laminate film. Still another object of the present invention is to provide: an acrylic laminate film that exhibits significantly reduced whitening even when a flexural stress is applied; and a method for producing the acrylic laminate film.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a copolymer resin composition formed by polymerizing an alkyl methacrylate-based monomer, a styrene-based monomer, a phenylmaleimide-based monomer and an alkyl acrylate-based monomer and to an optical film formed using the copolymer resin composition. The resin composition of the present invention may reduce odors which may be generated during the film extrusion and have a good thermal resistance and thermal stability.
