Abstract:
A substrate cleaning system and a substrate cleaning method using the same are provided to shorten the in-line length and reduce the dead space and raise the process efficiency by improving the arrangement of a loader port, an unload port, and a cleaning unit. A loader port(110) loads a substrate(100), and inputs the substrate into a cleaning unit(120). The cleaning unit cleans and dries the substrate while the substrate passes through the cleaning unit. An unloader port(130) unloads the dried substrate. The loader port or the unloader port is disposed at a lateral surface of the cleaning unit correspondingly to a long axis of the cleaning unit. The loader port and the unloader port are arranged with the cleaning unit.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome troubles such as faulty transfer caused when manufacturing a color filter in the conventional manner by forming a predetermined pattern on a dry film without passing through a photolithographic process to be performed separately and then printing it on a color filter base plate. SOLUTION: The color filter manufacturing device is constituted of a 1st roller on the outer peripheral surface of which the red, green and blue dry films being the original material of the color filter and a base film for protecting the dry film are formed, a 2nd roller which is coupled with the 1st roller and operated and on the outer peripheral surface of which the dry films and the base film are formed in a reverse laminated state to those of the 1st roller, and a printing plate to form the predetermined pattern on the dry film formed on the outer peripheral surface of the 2nd roller. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the amount of liquid crystal in a liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: The method for adjusting the amount of the liquid crystal includes a step S10 of receiving the liquid crystal in a receiving space formed between a first substrate, a second substrate that faces the first substrate, and a sealing member interposed between the first and second substrates; a step S20 of reducing a thickness of the sealing member at a predetermined portion of the sealing member for forming a repair region; and a step S30 of pressurizing the liquid crystal to break the sealing member at the repair region to discharge some of the liquid crystal from the liquid crystal receiving space, so as to adjust the amount of the liquid crystal in the liquid crystal receiving space; and a step S40 of resealing the broken repair region of the sealing member. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device and its manufacturing method capable of solving unsuitable liquid crystal quantity by controlling the liquid crystal quantity through a liquid crystal injection port after forming the liquid crystal injection port on a sealing material even when unsuitable liquid crystal quantity such as the insufficient or excessive charge of liquid crystal is generated. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is provided with a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer formed between both the first and second substrates, a first sealing material formed between both the substrates so as to surround the liquid crystal layer and having a liquid crystal injection port, and a second sealing material sealing the injection port of the first sealing material. The method involves preparing a liquid crystal cell comprising of two substrates (100, 200), a liquid crystal layer formed between the substrates, and a sealant (400) formed in the periphery of the liquid crystal layer formed between the two substrates. An amount of liquid crystal provided to the inside of liquid crystal cell is measured and an inlet for the liquid crystal (410) is formed in the sealant of the liquid crystal cell. The amount of the liquid crystal formed in the cell is regulated by discharging the liquid crystal through the inlet and sealing the inlet. An independent claim is also included for a liquid crystal display device.

Un procédé de réglage de la quantité de cristal liquide dans un dispositif d'affichage à cristal liquide (LCD) (100) consiste à injecter du cristal liquide dans un espace de réception de cristal liquide disposé entre un premier substrat (20), un second substrat (30) opposé au premier substrat, et un élément de scellement intercalé entre les premier et second substrats.Selon l'invention, on réduit l'épaisseur de l'élément de scellement au niveau d'une partie prédéterminée, pour former une zone de réparation (45), et on met sous pression le cristal liquide pour briser l'élément de scellement au niveau de la zone de réparation (45) pour évacuer une certaine quantité de cristal liquide de l'espace de réception, afin de régler la quantité de cristal liquide dans l'espace de réception, et on scelle à nouveau la zone de réparation (45) brisée de l'élément de scellement.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for fabricating a color filter of an LCD is provided. A first roller includes a dry film and a base film that are formed around the first roller in a predetermined order, the dry film is a red, a green, or a blue dry film to form a sub-color filter, the base film protects the dry film. A second roller operates in connection with the first roller and includes the dry film and the base film that are formed around the second roller in a reverse order of the predetermined order. A printing plate forms a predetermined pattern on the dry film formed around the second roller.

An LCD device and a method for manufacturing the same is disclosed, in which it is possible to correct a problem of insufficient or excessive supply of liquid crystal in an LCD device by controlling an amount of liquid crystal, the method comprising preparing a liquid crystal cell comprised of a first substrate (100), a second substrate (200), a liquid crystal layer (300) between the first and second substrates, and a first sealant (400) formed at or in the periphery of the liquid crystal layer (300) between the first (101) and second (200) substrates; measuring an amount of liquid crystal provided to the inside of liquid crystal cell; forming an inlet (410) for liquid crystal in the first sealant; regulating the amount of liquid crystal by supplying or discharging the liquid crystal through the inlet; and sealing the inlet (410).
