Abstract: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a degradation of an image quality by dispersing an ESD due to an external contact by eliminating the ESD on a substrate and a light emitting region. An organic light emitting display device includes an array substrate(10), a seal substrate(300), and an ESD eliminating layer(240). An organic light emitting layer is formed on the array substrate. The seal substrate protects the array substrate. The ESD eliminating layer is formed on the array substrate. The ESD eliminating layer is made of a transparent conductive material. The ESD eliminating layer is made of an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) or an IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide). The ESD eliminating layer is formed on a rear surface of the array substrate without the light emitting layer.
