Abstract:
An organic electro luminescence display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to implement an image in a glass cap direction by forming a moisture absorption pattern on a non-overlapped region with an organic electro luminescence cell in an organic electro luminescence array unit. An organic electro luminescence display device includes an organic electro luminescence array unit(120), a glass cap(152), and a moisture absorption pattern(154). The organic electro luminescence array unit(120) is located on a substrate, and has organic electro luminescence cells which are arrayed in a matrix type. The glass cap(152) is used for packaging the organic electro luminescence array unit(120). The moisture absorption pattern(154) is formed on the organic electro luminescence array unit(120). The moisture absorption pattern is formed as any one of a length line and a width line on a non-overlapped region with the organic electro luminescence cell.

An organic electro luminescence display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent an oxidation of a cathode electrode by forming a conductive buffer layer on the cathode electrode and by exposing the cathode electrode to air in a process. An organic electro luminescence display device includes a substrate(122), a cathode electrode(112), an organic light emitting layer(110), a conductive buffer layer(115), an anode electrode(104), and an insulation layer(106). The cathode electrode(112) is formed on an electro luminescence cell region, which is defined by a cross of a data line and a gate line, on the substrate(122). The organic light emitting layer(110) is formed on the cathode electrode(112). The conductive buffer layer(115) is formed between the cathode electrode(112) and the organic light emitting layer(110). The anode electrode(104) is formed on the organic light emitting layer(110).
