The glass cap(152) is used for packaging the organic electro luminescence array unit(120). The moisture absorption pattern(154) is formed on the organic electro luminescence array unit(120). The moisture absorption pattern is formed as any one of a length line and a width line on a non-overlapped region with the organic electro luminescence cell.
