Abstract: An LCD is provided to improve device reliability and expand a lifespan of a driver IC(Integrated Circuit) by effectively releasing heat generated from the driver IC. A printed circuit board(160) includes a liquid crystal panel for driving circuit(162), and a heat conduction pattern(170). A driver IC(142) is loaded on an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit)(140), and the FPC includes a first line pattern(144) connecting the driver IC with the liquid crystal panel, a second line pattern(146) connecting the driver IC with the driving circuit, and a heat conduction line(180) connecting the driver IC with the heat conduction pattern. The heat conduction line is made of one of Cu, Ag and Au. The heat conduction line and the heat conduction pattern are soldered.
