Abstract:
A probe unit and a method of testing a liquid crystal panel using the same are provided to improve alignment accuracy and the degree of planarization by contacting a probe bar with a conductive material patterned on a bottom surface to the liquid crystal panel and testing the liquid crystal panel. A tap(400) is connected to a PCB (printed circuit board)(500). A bridge tap(450) inverts a signal received from the tap. A probe bar(300) is connected to the bridge tap. A conductive material is patterned on a bottom surface of the probe bar. The tap is connected to a driver integrated circuit. The probe bar is formed of glass. The tap is formed of an FPCB (flexible PCB). The conductive material includes an aluminum alloy (AlNd).
